Customers may feel that the products they receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied to them. If one observes any such mishappening then they are requested to contact us within 7 working days, get in touch with us through phone number we have provided or hit us up on email ID. Our Customer care team will always be there to help you out but note, if you fail to notify us within 7 working days then we are sorry, we can’t help you out in accepting any item you wished to exchange. - I want to exchange the product which I received wrong?
- Can I exchange my product now as I felt it is not my shade?
- I want to exchange the gift I received but I don’t want the gift giver to know about it. Please guide me accordingly.

Customers need to know that WE DON’T RETURN MONEY. There’s an exchange policy which we offer and for that the customers need to show the proof of the purchase. Only those customers are eligible to exchange the product who show us the invoice or order confirmation email, we’ll get proof of the purchasing through our online store then. The customers are sometimes provided by the coupon of the same value of the exchanged product which they can further use for purchasing.
Those items are just qualified for exchange if they are unused or which customers find damaged while inspecting the delivery carton. If damage occurs to the item inside the carton while shipping then contact us as soon as possible but make sure that all the tags are intact.
Items purchased on discount or sale will not be qualified to exchange. Customers are advised not to contact us for exchange knowing that they bought a discounted product.
Order cancellation can take place by both customers and store’s side. For instance, if you are not interested to buy particular product then you can cancel the order any time before the order has been processed. Once you receive a message/email of shipment, you won’t be allowed to cancel the item. Similarly, if the product of your choice gets out of stock, pricing error occurs, or any online payment declines then we hold the authority to cancel the order but that will obviously be notified.
